First of all, if you noticed a new gadget in the side bar, yes- it is a Christmas countdown clock. You know..... just in case any of you out there don't own a calender, or a cell phone, or a TV, or subcribe to a newspaper or magazine, or any other kind of means of telling how far away that magical day is, it's for you.
I decided that since it was a wee bit soon to put up Christmas decor, I'll do the next best thing. I went and bought Halloween decor. Don't worry! I didn't go buck wild or anything. I'm too cheap for that. I just got orange twinkly lights and window decals, altogether only $5.50. Not bad. I guess I'll put them up tomorrow. That's the easy part. The hard part is going to be keeping them up with our little monkeys flying all over the place! We'll have to see how that pans out.
